Payment Policy for physical products

At CAJA Collective, we strive to make your shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Here are our payment policies to ensure a seamless transaction:

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payments can also be made through PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for your convenience.

Secure Transactions: Your security is important to us. All transactions are encrypted with the latest SSL technology to ensure that your personal and payment information is kept private and secure at all times.

Payment Processing: Payment is required at the time of purchase. Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is processed. In the event that any items in your order are unavailable, you will be refunded for those items.

Sales Tax: Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address and the current tax rates in accordance with state and local laws. The tax amount will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Confirmation: After your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email detailing your purchase. Please keep this for your records.

Cancellations and Adjustments: If you need to cancel or adjust your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been shipped.

 Coaching Services Agreement

By submitting your payment for coaching services you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding your participation in CAJA Collective's coaching services:

Payment Terms:

I agree to the total cost of the coaching service or program I have selected, as outlined at the time of purchase.

If I have chosen a payment plan, I commit to completing all scheduled payments in full, even if I decide to discontinue coaching before the end of the agreed program.

I understand that payments will be automatically charged to the payment method I provided, according to the schedule selected (monthly, bi-weekly, etc.).

Cancellation and Refunds: (see cancellation policy for more detailed information)

I acknowledge that all payments are non-refundable once coaching has begun, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

I understand that I can cancel future coaching sessions with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Failure to provide this notice will result in the session being forfeited without refund or rescheduling.

If I discontinue the coaching program early, I am still responsible for completing all remaining payments under the payment plan chosen.

Session Scheduling and Attendance:

I agree to attend all scheduled coaching sessions or group coaching calls on time. If I am unable to attend, I will notify my coach at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule.

I understand that missed sessions without proper notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Confidentiality:

I understand that all coaching sessions are confidential. Personal information shared during coaching will not be disclosed to third parties without my consent, unless required by law.

Personal Responsibility:

I acknowledge that the coaching provided is not therapy, counseling, or any form of medical advice. I take full responsibility for my actions, decisions, and results from participating in this coaching program.

I understand that the results of coaching are not guaranteed and are dependent on my commitment to the process.

Commitment to the Process:

I understand that success in this program requires my full engagement and effort. I commit to actively participating in all sessions, completing assignments, and taking responsibility for my own personal growth.

Changes to the Agreement:

I understand that this agreement may be updated from time to time, and I will be notified of any significant changes. My continued participation in the coaching services after any such changes signifies my acceptance of the updated terms.
